- Good morning (lower back, glutes, hams) & Waiter (core, glutes, shoulders)

- Evil twist (core) & Pendulum (core, glutes, hip flexors)

- Sexy crunch (core, biceps) & Silly billy Front (core, inner thighs, pecs)
